INSTRUCTIONS:

  • The 2 neutral players (yellow) always play with the team that has the ball.
  • The game is continuous with no pauses.
  • If the defenders intercept a pass, they then team up with the neutral players to keep possession.

  2. Players without the ball must move to create good passing angles.
  3. Players should make good decisions about when to change the point of attack to keep possession.
  4. Limited touches on the ball.

PROGRESSIONS:
  1. 2 touch maximum by the attacking players.
VARIATIONS:
  1. Limit the number touches of the neutral players to 1 or 2 touch.
  2. Every time a member of the attacking team has the ball they must play it to a neutral player before playing it to one of their team-mates.

NOTES AND OBSERVATIONS:
Attempt to increase the speed of play of this game once the players become comfortable with the rules.
