The GK players rotates between playing the ball to either defender. When the ball goes out of play the game restarts from the GK.

Communication and Organisation.
Close down as the ball travels.

Team stays compact.

Individual defending technique (slow on approach, sideways on, show outside)
Once regained possession - Can we attack quickly?

Quick combination play to create opportunities.
PROGRESSIONS:
Add an extra attacker or defender depending on how the teams are doing.
Increase to the full width of the field.
VARIATIONS:
Vary the start positions by allowing the goal keeper to play balls out into the midfield. Usually here, allow the receiving player to take a touch before the yellow team is live.
NOTES AND OBSERVATIONS:
High Pressure is key. Force a mistake from the defense by being early to pressure the ball and organised. When the ball is retreived, attack quickly and throw players forward in support.
