ORGANISATION:
Mark out an area 25x25yrds.  In the 25x25yrd playing area mount 2 balls close to the corners of the playing areas.  This can be played 3v1 with one mounted ball to begin with as a natural progression to the 5v2.
INSTRUCTIONS:

The attacking team of 5 keeps possession of the balls and attempts to knock off the 2 balls from the cones they are mounted on in a time limit.  The time limit should be adjusted to the quality of the players.  Start with 2 minutes.  The defending team can block shots and tackle and keep possession themselves.  They attempt to defend the two mounted balls successfully for the 2 minutes.  Int he diagram above, A1 circulates the ball to a waiting A2 who uses the one ball to knock off the other ball.  After that they would continue and attempt to knock off the other ball at the other end.

SCORING:
A win for the attacking team is knocking both balls off in the time period.  Th deending team wins if the attacking team does not suceed.

KEY COACHING POINTS:
  1. Good support for the player with the ball, move to support him/her.
  2. Pass and move immediately to support where the pass was made.
  3. Spread out on attack.
  4. Communication to locate which ball is open for attack.

PROGRESSIONS:
  1. The balls that are knocked off can be used to attack the other balls.
  2. Add one more mounted ball.
  3. 6v3 in a 40x40yrd grid. (Diagram 2)
Diagram 2
