ORGANISATION:
44x30yrd field.  2 teams of 4-8, but this can be varied again to match the ability and age of the players.  Teams must be equal in numbers.  2 goals (3/4 or full size).  Goal keepers are in the goals.
INSTRUCTIONS:

Teams play normal soccer with one major condition.  No player is allowed to run, i.e. all players must walk.  A player must have one foot in contact with the ground at all times.  A violation of this rule results in a direct free kick to the other team.

  2. A2 slots a through ball into A3.
  3. A3 walks onto the pass and shoots on goal.

SCORING:
First team to 3 goals.
Or regular 10 minute game.
KEY COACHING POINTS:
  1. Principles of possession should be applied to ensure the team is able to keep posession.
  2. Emphasize good team work and support.

PROGRESSIONS:
  1. None.

VARIATIONS:
