Set up markers (cones) at 10 yrd intervals out to 50yrds. This test is designed to test your lactate system and high intensity running. This test is done with a change of direction to simulate a real game. This test your ability to sustain high intensity running. Rest a minimum of 5 minutes betweent these tests. This activity can also be used a a training exercise. The average time is a minute to complete.
