Diagram 1. Set-Up Arrangement

Set Up

1. 35x25 yrd area on both sides of the field. 1 Full Size Goal.
2. Players are positioned at two positions just around the 18yrd area. Active players rotate positions after each bout.
3. Players perform set sequences of passing combinations as set by the coach.
4. Each sequence is initially performed on one side of the field. After a certain number of repetitions switch to the other side.
5. Coach/Server initiates play to begin.
