Football training should be a combination of soccer drills involving technical and tactical football training for all age groups (but be specific to that age grouping). Soccer Drills should develop and coach technical, skill, physical and mental components of football. PSC is designed to help create ideas of soccer training sessions that coach all these in economical and holistic session plans. In addition, the site provides warm-ups, formation and fitness (conditioning) exercises. Developing soccer coaching staff that are well rounded coaches and equipping them with a set of football drills and exercises that challenge players mentally, technically and physically.
Exercises are categorized in Technical, Tactical, Functional and Fitness and Activation. Coaches can then piece together their training sessions using a variety of these. All sessions on the site have been used (and in some cases filmed) by professional academy level coaches working with varied ability players. Exercises in most cases can be adjusted to fit the playing level of the players involved.
